If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. This guarantee applies to:

  • Individual course purchases
  • Premium lecture bundles
  • Monthly subscription plans (first payment only)

Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not completed more than 30% of the course content (for courses with progress tracking).
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same product.
  • The purchase was made directly through the MadiisAttendance website (not through third-party resellers).

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MadiisAttendance account.
  2. Go to My Account > Purchase History.
  3. Find the course or service you want to refund.
  4. Click on "Request Refund" and fill out the quick form.
  5. Submit your request. Our team will review it within 2-3 business days.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly at support@madiisattendance.eu with your order details and reason for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under our policy:

  • Downloadable content: PDFs, templates, worksheets, or any digital assets that have been downloaded.
  • Completed courses: Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content.
  • Gift cards or credits: Purchased gift cards or account credits are final sale.
  • Sale items: Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes may have special refund terms.
  • Third-party purchases: If you purchased through an affiliate or partner, please contact them directly.
  • Subscription renewals: Automatic subscription renewals are non-refundable but can be canceled before the next billing cycle.

Subscription Cancellation

For monthly or annual subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings > Subscription page.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Reminder: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

We strive to resolve all customer concerns fairly and promptly. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please:

  • Contact our support team at support@madiisattendance.eu to discuss your issue.
  • Allow us up to 5 business days to investigate and respond to your concern.
  • If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, your account may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved.

If a refund is approved after a chargeback has been filed, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, and the chargeback will be contested.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • Account Credit: Instant

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
