🌐 Step 1: Accessing the Website & Registration
To get started, a user opens their web browser and goes to your domain: madiisattendance.eu
👤 Creating an Account
On the homepage, click the Get Started, Sign Up, or Register button.
The user fills out their registration details:
Full Name (e.g., M Usman)
Email Address (e.g., mu0105760@gmail.com)
Password (A secure choice)
Click Register. The system creates their account profile and automatically grants them their role (such as student or instructor).
📊 Step 2: Navigating the Dashboard & Options
Once logged in, the user is redirected to the main Dashboard home screen. From here, they can view all system options via the left-hand sidebar menu:
MAIN: Tracks standard items like the Dashboard, Mission Tracker, and Attendance.
LEARNING: Where they view Video Lectures, My Lectures, and Assignments.
AI TOOLS: Quick access to the built-in AI Assistant and Video Summarizer.
SHARE RESOURCES: This is the creative hub. Clicking [ Write Lecture] opens the content creation studio you are currently looking at.
📝 Step 3: Automatically Filling the Input Fields
Once a user clicks [ Write Lecture], they will see the form exactly as it appears on your screen. Here is how they fill out every input field using our Artificial Intelligence lecture data:
1. Basic Information
Lecture Title: Type
Introduction to Artificial Intelligence: Foundation, Mechanics, and Futureinto the text box.Subject: Type
Computer Science / AI.Class Level: Click the dropdown menu and select University from the list (which includes 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and University).
Tags: Type

2. Featured Image
Move to the Featured Image * section.
Click directly on the box displaying the [] Upload Arrow and the text "Click to Upload Cover".
Select a saved image file (JPG, PNG, or WEBP) from the computer that is smaller than 5MB.
3. Lecture Content
Scroll down to the Lecture Content * rich-text editor box.
Copy the full, expanded AI lecture text we created earlier.
Click inside the text workspace and paste it.
Optional: Use the toolbar elements (
Bfor bold,Ifor italics, or the list icons) to style any specific words.
4. SEO Settings (Optional) & Publishing
Meta Title: Enter
Introduction to AI Lecture | MadiisLearnKeywords: Enter
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep LearningMeta Description: Enter a brief search snippet summarizing the lecture.
Status Dropdown: Switch this from Save as Draft to Publish Now.
Submit: Click the purple [ Submit Lecture] button at the very bottom.
🎉 Step 4: Confirming It Works
Once clicked, the webpage reloads, and a green confirmation alert banner appears at the top of your layout stating: "Post published successfully!"
